I'm Vlad, I am a software engineer with over a decade of experience behind me. I have an interest in exploring how engineering teams and organisations can deliver better-quality software faster. Be it by applying people-related techniques to make engineers more productive or by changing how we think and the approach towards software engineering.

I want to share my knowledge with others, but I am new to writing, so I have to start somewhere and Medium is the channel I chose to kick start this journey. To begin, I hope to improve my writing and gain confidence in sharing my knowledge with a wider audience. I will start by sharing various small articles that describe the everyday basics (for example refactoring techniques and short stories) and eventually progressing to deeper subjects on topics such as Event Driven Architecture (EDA) and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
